Amy joined Menlo Ventures to co-lead the firm’s consumer practice, lead investments in application AI, and back founders building at the forefront of platform shifts.
As an investor, Amy seeks founders who share her obsession with products that define how people work, live, and play. She believes that emerging technologies like AI, agents, and blockchain give founders new surface areas to create magical product experiences. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Amy loves using new bleeding-edge products and actively participates in user communities.
Before joining Menlo, Amy led FTX Ventures, an independent fund and early investor in companies like Anthropic, Solana, and Sui Blockchain. Prior, she led investments in consumer, gaming, and blockchain at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where she worked closely with Epic Games, Weee!, Webull, Thoughtspot, and Arbitrum. As an operator, she was SVP and CFO of the Global Digital and Sports portfolio for Warner Discovery, and SVP of Welcome, an NYC-based marketing software company that Optimizely later acquired. Amy began her career at Insight Venture Partners, working with companies like JD.com, Zumba, and Tumblr. She holds a B.A. in biochemistry from Harvard.
