Juliette Bolea

AI Consumer SaaS

Juliette Bolea is a principal at Menlo Ventures focused on early-stage investments across consumer and AI-native applications. She believes that exceptional founders building differentiated, technically defensible products are the foundation of great companies, and she loves partnering with them on storytelling. In an increasingly crowded AI landscape, a clear narrative has never been more important; Juliette works closely with founders to articulate why their products matter and translate that into effective go-to-market strategies.

Prior to Menlo, Juliette was at Sound Ventures, where she worked closely with Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary, gaining a unique perspective on how storytelling can help founders cut through the noise. She led investments in Serval, Warp, WitnessAI, and Anomaly, and supported investments in others, including Anthropic. She served on five boards and partnered with founders on positioning, fundraising, and go-to-market.

Before Sound Ventures, Juliette invested in growth-stage technology companies at Activant Capital in New York. She began her career at Lazard, advising technology, media, and telecommunications companies. Together, these experiences have given her a clear view of what makes great companies compound over time.

Juliette grew up in Miami, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico. She attended the University of Southern California on a full academic scholarship, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, focused on finance. Outside of work, she runs marathons, skis, attends concerts, and frequently hosts dinner parties and group international trips.
