Head of Strategy & Operations, Menlo Labs

As a Head of Strategy & Operations at Menlo Labs, Michelle focuses on incubating and launching the next highest potential companies. She joined the firm in 2020 as part of the Menlo Labs founding team, alongside Greg Rudin and Shawn Carolan.

Michelle honed her business acumen working with companies at Boston Consulting Group across a range of sectors like technology, financial services, consumer products, travel and tourism, and industrial goods. Her work with Fortune 500 companies at BCG exposed her to how a successful organization operates—a lens she applies to her work with early-stage companies now.

Having lived and worked in nearly 10 different cities, Michelle infuses a diverse background of experiences into her work. Her experience servicing some of the CEO’s biggest problems across various sectors has led Michelle to acutely understand the context under which a founder is operating. She leads the firm’s Fellowship Program and partners with entrepreneurs to conceptualize new opportunities into successful businesses.

Michelle graduated valedictorian from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and earned her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Michelle is fluent in Spanish and English. She’s also a black belt in Taekwondo.
